Because many of our dolls are custom-made, production and shipping times vary depending on the manufacturer, material, selected features, warehouse location, destination, and shipping method.
The Ordering Process
After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your order details are submitted to the manufacturer or fulfillment warehouse.
For custom-made dolls, production begins according to your selected body, head, skin tone, makeup, hair, and premium options. Once production is complete, quality-control photos may be provided for your review before shipment.
After approval, your order is carefully packaged and transferred to the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as it becomes available.
Production Time
Most custom dolls require approximately 3–6 weeks for production. Estimated production times vary by brand and material:

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Certain manufacturers, custom makeup requests, implanted hair, robotic features, specialized skeletons, and other premium options may require additional production time.
Production may also be delayed during major holidays, factory closures, material shortages, or periods of high demand. Chinese New Year commonly affects production for approximately one month between early or mid-February and the beginning of March.
Ready-to-Ship Dolls
Products clearly marked In Stock or Ready to Ship have already been manufactured and are stored at a designated warehouse.
Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after payment verification. Processing may take longer during holidays, weekends, severe weather, high-volume sales, or when additional address verification is required.
Warehouse availability is region-specific. A doll stored in a U.S., Canadian, European, Australian, or other regional warehouse may only be available for delivery within that warehouse’s supported area.
Custom-Made Dolls
Any product that is not clearly marked In Stock or Ready to Ship is generally considered a custom-order item.
Custom dolls are produced specifically according to the options selected at checkout. Production does not begin until payment and order details have been confirmed. Once production begins, changes and cancellations may be restricted or subject to additional fees.
Quality-control photos may be sent before shipment when available. Customers should review and respond to QC photos promptly to avoid delaying shipment.

Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no references to Midnight Muse Sex Dolls or the contents of the package visible on the exterior. Shipping labels are discreet, and products are carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges depend on the manufacturer, product, warehouse, destination, package size, weight, and selected delivery method.
Free shipping may be available for certain products or destinations when specifically stated on the product page. Additional charges may apply to remote or extended-service areas, including locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, islands, military addresses, and other destinations outside standard carrier service areas.

Estimated Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after production, quality inspection, customer approval when applicable, and carrier pickup.
Typical final delivery by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or another local carrier may take approximately 3–7 business days after the package enters the carrier’s active domestic network. International factory-direct shipments may require considerably longer due to air or sea transportation, customs clearance, and transfer to the final delivery carrier.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Your individual delivery estimate will depend on the manufacturer, shipping method, warehouse location, destination country, customs processing, and carrier availability.
Air and Sea Shipping
Depending on the doll’s size, weight, destination, and manufacturer, your order may be transported by air or sea before being transferred to FedEx, UPS, DHL, or another local carrier for final delivery.
When a shipment is traveling internationally, tracking may initially display only Label Created or Shipment Information Sent. This does not necessarily mean that the package is not moving. Updates may not appear until customs clearance is complete and the final carrier receives the shipment.
Sea shipping generally takes longer than air shipping but may be required for heavier dolls, oversized packages, or certain destinations.
Discreet Shipping
Your privacy is one of our highest priorities.
Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. The exterior will not display Midnight Muse Sex Dolls branding or identify the contents as an adult product.
Products are securely packaged to help prevent movement and damage during transit. Shipping labels and documentation are kept as discreet as carrier and customs requirements permit.
Although we take every reasonable step to protect your privacy, international shipments may require accurate customs documentation according to applicable law.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by their country unless the product page or written order confirmation specifically states otherwise.
Import laws vary by country. Midnight Muse cannot guarantee customs clearance in locations where adult products are prohibited, restricted, or subject to special import requirements.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order may be legally imported and possessed in their location. Refusal to pay customs charges does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or replacement.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped and tracking becomes available, the tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Changing Your Shipping Address

Address changes are not guaranteed after production, processing, label creation, or shipment has begun. Additional carrier or rerouting fees may apply. Midnight Muse is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Holding or Rescheduling Delivery
After your order has entered the final carrier’s network, you may be able to request a delivery hold, pickup location, or alternate delivery date directly through the carrier.
These services are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Identification and an adult signature may be required for pickup or delivery.
If you would like your order delivered to an authorized FedEx, UPS, or DHL pickup location, please contact the location first to confirm that it accepts oversized packages and customer pickups.
Adult Signature
An adult signature may be required for delivery depending on the manufacturer, carrier, package value, or destination. Someone of legal adult age should be available to accept and inspect the shipment.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and arranging a safe delivery or approved carrier hold when necessary.
Inspecting Your Package
Please inspect the exterior of your package before accepting delivery whenever possible.
If the shipping box appears punctured, crushed, torn, wet, opened, or otherwise damaged:
- Photograph or record the unopened package from every side.
- Make sure the shipping label is clearly visible.
- Note the damage with the delivery driver when possible.
- Record the complete unboxing process in one continuous video.
- Retain the original box and all packaging materials.
- Contact Midnight Muse within 48 hours of delivery.
Even if the outer box appears undamaged, we strongly recommend recording the complete unboxing process. This documentation may be necessary to verify damage, missing items, incorrect products, or shipping-related claims.
Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
Any shipping damage, missing components, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Contact sales@midnightmusesexdolls.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photographs of the shipping box
- A clear photograph of the shipping label
- A complete unboxing video
- Photographs or videos showing the product and affected area
- A description of the issue
Claims are reviewed individually with the manufacturer and shipping carrier. Depending on the verified issue and severity, an appropriate resolution may include replacement components, a repair kit, technical assistance, carrier claim support, or another remedy approved by Midnight Muse and the manufacturer.
A complete replacement is not automatically guaranteed and will depend on the results of the investigation.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier immediately to open a missing-package investigation, then notify Midnight Muse with the claim information.
Shipping Delays
International shipping can occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our direct control, including:
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Carrier service disruptions
- Public holidays and factory closures
- Remote delivery locations
- Labor strikes or transportation interruptions
- Political events or regulatory changes
- International trade restrictions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Chinese New Year closures
- Other unforeseen circumstances
We will assist with tracking and available carrier communication whenever possible. However, carrier and customs delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the intimate and custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, dissatisfaction with size or weight, personal preference, failure to review product details, or options selected incorrectly by the customer.
Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions is not covered.
Verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and will be handled according to the applicable manufacturer, warranty, and claim procedures.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within one hour of purchase without a cancellation fee, provided production, processing, or shipment preparation has not begun.
Cancellation requests submitted more than one hour after purchase may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 40% of the order total. Any eligible remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at sales@midnightmusesexdolls.com with your full name and order number. A cancellation is not confirmed until Midnight Muse provides written approval.
