Production time depends on the manufacturer, the material you choose, and the level of customization.

• Ready-to-Ship / In-Stock Dolls: Ship within 24–72 hours
  
• Custom TPE Dolls: Approximately 1–2 weeks for production
  
• Custom Silicone Dolls: Approximately 3–5 weeks for production
  

Most custom orders are completed and delivered within 4–6 weeks, including production and shipping.

Once your custom doll has been completed, we'll email you Quality Control (QC) photos for your approval before it ships.

Please Note: Production and shipping times may be extended during major holidays (such as Chinese New Year), severe weather events, or unexpected global shipping delays. If this occurs, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

If your doll was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

• Photos of the outer packaging

• Clear photos of the damaged areas
  
• A brief description of the issue
  

We'll work directly with the manufacturer and shipping carrier to review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

For additional peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing Route Shipping Protection during checkout. Eligible protected orders can be resolved quickly in the event of loss, theft, or shipping related damage.

Important: Damage claims are subject to review. If our team or the manufacturer determines that the damage was intentionally caused, resulted from misuse, improper handling, or occurred after delivery due to customer negligence, the claim may be denied. Fraudulent or intentionally damaged claims will not be processed.
